Hello and welcome!
Shalom. Thank you for being here. It's an honor.
I'm a mom of two kids. My first was an emergency c-section and my second was a VBAC (vaginal birth after Cesarean). I introduce myself with my birth stories because they have shaped the adult I am today. My first birth was an extremely traumatic experience leaving me with PTSD. My VBAC was a victory and a blessing. I worked very hard to release my fear, got involved with International Cesarean Awareness Network, prayed my heart out, made challah by hand almost weekly, and hired a doula and doctor who supported my birth choices.
I love to write and spend time with my family and friends. I fenced in college but can't afford the habit now. I enjoy photography, reading fantasy novels and cuddling my babies.
I am looking for stories, please share them with all of us. Stories can be completely anonymous if you prefer. Share as much or as little as you'd like.
